Is VectorLift® a non-surgical brow lift?
Is VectorLift® the same as blepharoplasty?
No. VectorLift® does not remove excess skin in the way surgical blepharoplasty can. It is a laser collagen-stimulation treatment and is best suited to mild to moderate laxity.
Can VectorLift® help hooded eyelids?
VectorLift® may help patients with mild to moderate hooding, especially where brow heaviness and skin laxity are contributing. More significant excess skin may need a surgical opinion.
Does VectorLift® hurt?
Downtime is usually minimal. Some patients experience mild redness for 24 hours and dryness or flaking for a few days.
How many VectorLift® treatments do I need?
A course of 3 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart is usually recommended. Some patients may need additional treatment depending on laxity, skin quality and goals.
Is there downtime after VectorLift®?
Some patients notice early tightening or freshness soon after treatment. The main collagen response develops gradually over 4–8 weeks and can continue to improve after a course of treatments.
Can VectorLift® be combined with SmoothEye®?
Yes. SmoothEye® treats the skin around the eyes, while VectorLift® extends treatment to the brow, forehead and hairline support areas. The two treatments can work well together.
Can VectorLift® be combined with Botox?
Yes, in suitable patients. VectorLift® supports collagen and skin structure, while anti-wrinkle injections relax movement lines. Dr Anna will advise whether combination treatment is appropriate.
