Hailing from prestigious aesthetic clinics across London, our aestheticians have chosen to join Dr. Anna, to bring Harley Street experience, quality and care to the tranquil setting of South West London.
Abbi is our practice manager. She brings excellent skills and understanding about aesthetic medicine to Thames Skin Clinic and the environment is clearly one that she loves to work within.
She qualified in beauty therapy at a Southampton college in 2009, starting her beauty career within luxury spa’s before finding a significant interest in advanced beauty (aesthetics).
Her journey took her into a clinic in central London, near Harley Street, where she became heavily involved within the clinical side of the medical sector and ran a practice consisting of plastic surgeons, nurses and medical aesthetic practitioners. After completing a level 5 diploma in leadership in health & social care, Abbi became a CQC registered manager and was responsible for compliance, staffing and all clinical matters.
As well as CQC & clinical experience, she brings knowledge of marketing, accounts, customer care, patient satisfaction and manages the day to day running of the practice.
Abbi joined Thames at the beginning of 2021.
Abbi has always gravitated towards team management and particularly enjoys working closely and professionally developing staff members. She thrives from problem solving and appreciates working with professional individuals whom she can learn and grow from to maintain her desire for constant growth. Abbi’s early career has prepared her perfectly for her role as she has the in depth understanding to help patients on their skin and aesthetic treatment journey. She is hugely personable and a fantastic asset to the Thames Skin Clinic team.
In her time away from clinic, Abbi enjoys walking her dogs, going to the gym, and visiting her family in Southampton.
Dr Kasim developed his passion for Aesthetic Medicine during medical training in Ghana and Peru. He graduated from Medical School in Leicester, 2018. He has since trained in a Level 7 diploma and specialises in Injectables and Cosmetic Dermatology.
After moving to London in 2020, he has worked on Harley Street and in the NHS alongside dermatologists, vascular surgeons and cancer specialists.
Dr Kasim is a genuinely kind, caring professional who works to exceptionally high standards and is extremely passionate about performing natural looking aesthetic treatments.
He currently works as a GPST3 Doctor and an aesthetic trainer in South West London.
Dr Kasim was raised in the USA and moved to Scotland during his childhood. His accent is often described as ‘unique’.
He has an excellent understanding of skin anatomy and loves helping clients transition from conscious to confident. Kasim believes that the best treatments are those which remain natural and rejuvenative. He is very passionate about skin health and will help you make decisions that are right for you.
In his spare time, he loves doing water sports, travelling, playing piano and cuddling his 2 cats!
Meet Laura, a highly experienced professional in the Beauty and Aesthetic industry with 13 years of expertise. Having worked with a variety of lasers and performing premium aesthetic treatments at another award winning clinic, Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our clinic.
With qualifications including Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy and Level 4 in Laser treatments, she is highly trained and well-versed in the latest aesthetic techniques. She has a particular passion for treating vascular and pigmented lesions, and excels in creating healthy skin through combination treatments such as HydraFacial, skin peels, microneedling, and skin tightening.
Laura knows how to offer a 5* service and with her warm and personable approach, she will ensure you feel welcomed and relaxed throughout each treatment she performs.
Laura values building strong relationships with her patients and takes pride in helping them achieve their desired results throughout their journey. Laura has become an invaluble addition to our clinic, providing exceptional care and expertise to each of our patients.
When she’s not working, Laura enjoys staying active through activities like cross-fit and hiking.
