Since your skin may need to adjust to retinol, we’d recommend using ZO retinol and blemish complex two to three times per week as part of your ZO SKIN HEALTH treatment plan. Gradually you can increase the nightly application as tolerated. Always apply to clean, dry skin and avoid your eye area. Due to the retinol content, sun protection is essential, we’d suggest applying a SPF 30 or higher daily.
