Eyelash enhancing treatment is very safe and effective when used in the correct way.
Over the past 12 years Dr Hemming has using serums to enhance eye lash growth, thickness and curve.
Treatment is simple to use and effective with minimal side effects. We have 2 different products available, one using Bitamoproost to stimulate longer lash growth and the other using designer growth factors . These are selected on their eye lash strengthening and growth properties and filtering the enhancing factors and omitting the inhibitory ones.

Will I feel any pain or discomfort during my treatment?
Eyelash enhancement serums are not painful, and you should not feel any discomfort at all during or after application.
Are there any associated risks?
There are minimal side effects after using eyelash enhancing serums. Occasionally some people may get a little itching, redness or dryness in the eye.
How much downtime is usually needed and what should I expect?
No down time is needed when using eyelash enhancement serums

How it works
Simple to use following the specific guidelines however please remember:
- treatment should be applied at night.
- Only use special applicators to apply the product
- Do not allow the tip of the bottle or applicator to touch fingers or other unintended surfaces as contamination buy common bacteria is a known cause of infection
- Remove contact lenses prior to applying the solutions. Contact lenses may be reinserted after 15 mins.
- Remember if you stop using eyelash enhancing serums your lashes will gradually return to their previous appearance.
- Effects can be seen in just 4 weeks with an initial results starting after 2 weeks

Side Effects
Side effects are minimal if any.
Patients can experience Itching, redness in the eye, and rarely skin darkening, eye irritation, dryness of the eyes and redness of the eyelids.
If you develop a new ocular condition (trauma/infection), experience a sudden decrease in vision, have ocular surgery or develop and ocular reactions (including conjunctivitis and eye lid reactions) you should immediately seek your doctor’s advice concerning the continued use of eyelash enhancing serums.
Aftercare
By continuing treatment for 4 months your eyelashes will reach their maximum length. Maintenance is advices to keep the eyelashes long and strong.
