Freckles
Freckles are more common on the face of red-headed and those with fair complexion, and are themselves quite harmless. Clusters of concentrated melaninized cells, where there are normal numbers of melanin producing cells (melanocytes) which over produce melanin to change the colour of the outer skin cells.
