After 12 years building my dream. This year it became a reality. After many late nights, juggling 2 small children, work and a new business development Thames Skin Clinic is open and thriving. My new clinic is tucked away in a private mews in Twickenham. A stones throw away from the high street and with parking. The building has undergone a total redesign, which I planned, managed and completed.
In building the clinic I have set it up just the way I want it. High performance equipment deserves the perfect place in which to deliver fabulous treatments and my patients should have a safe, well equipped medical clinic where they feel reassured and at home.
Dr Hemming writes for leading aesthetic magazines and this month faestures in Aeshtetic Journal where she has some helpful tips for those thinking about setting up their own clinic. page 60-61 Why not join us for an Instagram Live hosted by Aeshtetics Journal on Wednesday 9th Septeber at 5pm where Dr Hemming will be avaliable to answer questions and talk about setting up her new clinic.
2020 has brought its challenges, I am proud to say that we have weathered the storm and are fully open once again. This month brings further excitement within the clinic as our new pigmentation and vascular laser arrives. Top of the range and from a company who often tops the best laser manufacture list, our Cutera Excel V+ laser delivers both skin rejuvenation treatments as well as specific pigmentation removal and vascular treatment.
In September we also celebrate the huge work and success of Thames Skin Clinic with our CQC (Care Quality Commission) review and Save Face Registration. CQC is a regulator body who assessed the safety of the clinic’s premises and the fitness of the staff to run and manage a medical clinic. Save Face raises the bar within the medical aesthetic specialty and registration provides patients further information about the professionalism and health and safety standards within our clinic.
I look forward to seeing you on Wednesday 9th Septeber at 5pm on Instagram Live hosted by Aesthetics Journal.
